As you can see this piece is in the beginning stages.  I am so excited about this pattern of boulder opal, it is so unique; stripes, waves, pin fire, a stone that has so much going on that it is finished before one starts to design with it!  The accent stones that I am using are tourmaline, blue spinal, amethyst, and tsavorite.
